Photo Examples

I have 2 fans of Model A and 3 fans of Model B
​

  1. Group the 2 Model A fans together.
     

  2. Group the 3 Model B fans together.
     

  3. For Model A,
     

    1. Take a photo of one of the Model A fans that shows the Model Number on the housing unit with the registration confirmation number visible.

For each of the following example scenarios, first write your registration confirmation number on a piece of paper; this will need to be included in all photos submitted for recall reimbursement.

You can also print the registration confirmation number or write the registration confirmation number directly on the fan(s), etc. The registration confirmation number needs to be visible in each of the photos.

I have 1 fan of Model A

1. Take a photo of the Model A fan that shows the Model Number on the housing unit with the registration confirmation number visible.
